Last night I went to the heart start course, and I was so impressed with what Gary and his friends taught me and my mum. It was very easy to understand and I would happily do the course again. I especially enjoyed using the AED, automated, external, defibrillator, and also watching all of the real life situations. If you are looking to take this free (and life saving) course with your son or daughter then I would highly recommend it.
