We talk at the WI

We were very pleased to be invited to go along to the August meeting of the Pound Green WI in August.  We spoke about both the Responders and Heartstart and one of the ladies proved just how easy it is to use an AED!

We received some very nice feedback and were very pleased to be able to have had the opportunity.

Farley Hill School Children say Thank You!

Thank you card -Farley HillWe delivered 2 courses to the year 6 children at Farley Hill and a great time was had by all, in fact they sent us a Thank You card!

The Children were excellent and just showed that even the younger members of our society can learn to save a life!

Arborfield AED is now live!

We are pleased to report that the Arborfield AED is now live.  It is situated on the front right hand side of the building.  We would like to thank the Arborfield Parish Council and the management committee of the Village Hall, as without both of these groups this would not have happened.

Another AED goes Live!

We are very pleased to announce that another AED has gone live, this time on the Swallowfield Parish Hall.  This makes no 5!

A compliment from an attendee aged 12!

Last night I went to the heart start course, and I was so impressed with what Gary and his friends taught me and my mum. It was very easy to understand and I would happily do the course again. I especially enjoyed using the AED, automated, external, defibrillator, and also watching all of the real life situations. If you are looking to take this free (and life saving) course with your son or daughter then I would highly recommend it.
